Almost thirty years have passed and we have lived to see "Vingt Regards" presented by Dominika Peszko (...). The artist conveyed all the complexity of Messiaen's music. In her interpretation there was both an intimate, tender, almost romantic delicacy, and bird chirps, and the stellar, impersonal glassiness of the stellar universe and the power of the Absolute. Messiaen said that in Vingt Regards he was looking for the language of mystical love. It seems that Dominika Peszko was able to properly read this language and evoke its atmosphere.
On Lydia Deokin Ko’s ‘Gleaming lustre’ for flute and piano the composer’s intention was to create an imitation of glass colored beads. Her intention was successful (...) mainly due to the insightful interpretation of the pianist Dominika Peszko and flutist Natalia Jarząbek.
In this composition inspired by the landscape, Natalia Jarząbek and Dominika Peszko showed their imagination and interpretation, but also their maturity and extensive experience in the interpretation of 20th century and contemporary music.
